Hillhouse Chemistry Competition Training and Results Introduction

Hillhouse students achieved excellent results at the 2025 British Columbia Chemistry Competition (BCCO), winning two silver and one bronze medal . At the same time last year, Hillhouse students won one gold , three silver , one bronze , and one encouragement award at the BCCO.

Knowledge Supplement and Accumulation:

Hillhouse students who take Chemistry 11, 12, or AP Chemistry receive additional tutoring sessions covering topics not covered in their regular chemistry classes. This supplementary learning enhances their understanding of chemistry, helping them achieve higher grades in school . Furthermore, it also prepares them for chemistry competitions.

Pre-competition intensive training:

Hillhouse provides students with past exam papers before the competition and conducts intensive pre-competition training to help them improve their competition skills and level in a short period of time, so that they can achieve good results in one go.

03 Hillhouse Chemistry Series Courses

Hillhouse students have a strong foundation in chemistry. When they take chemistry as an elective at school, Hillhouse teachers help them complete the course to a high standard and supplement their curriculum with chemistry competition knowledge not covered in the school curriculum. Hillhouse students prepare for chemistry competitions while receiving tutoring. Hillhouse also offers the following courses:
