Academic background

Since 2021, I have been teaching first-year chemistry courses at universities such as UBC and Corpus Christi College. Since 2015, I have been pursuing a direct PhD in theoretical chemistry at the Department of Chemistry at UBC, mainly researching theoretical calculations related to atypical bonding of small molecules. I have published first-author articles in JPC A and have published many research papers. During my PhD studies, I have 6 years of experience as a lab assistant and teaching physical chemistry courses. In high school, I won the first prize in the provincial chemistry competition and was recommended to the Department of Chemical Physics at the University of Science and Technology of China.
